Le Rapporteur constate que la Finlande est devenue partie au Protocole facultatif de la Convention européenne sur la cybercriminalité et que la disposition pénale concernant l’agitation ethnique a été modifiée pour qu’elle s’applique, entre autres, aux propos haineux diffusés sur Internet, et demande plus de précisions sur l’application de cette législation.
